Connecting with the animal world
Animals have so much to teach us. Observing their qualities, such as how they look and move, is not only an interesting experience, but connects us at a deeper level.
In this workshop you will have the opportunity to meet and work with one of your animal guides!

Mindful Movement: series & drop-in
Jan – Aug 2025
The Mindful Movement sessions were a unique combination of gentle stretching and movement combined with basic mindfulness.
Those attending could choose whether to sign up for the entire series or purchase individual drop-in sessions to attend when they were able.



The sessions were offered in a small group format (at the Lymfecentrum Ruelensvest 29) allowing for more individual attention for each participant. When the weather was nice, we started a session outside to enjoy the natural surroundings!

Birthing our new self – workshop series
23 & 30 April 2025
These facilitated sessions were designed for those finding themselves in a new phase of life and/or looking for inspiring ways to move forward.
Each session provided opportunities to
connect with others through activity, learning and sharing.



The event was offered in collaboration with Enas Kandil and Mohammed El-Barkouky who led the activity portions of the ‘Put yourself first’ and ‘Be creative’ sessions. I led the grounding, reflection and sharing portions of the evenings.
We had a nice time at the Blended Minds book cafe in Kessel-Lo and hope to see you at future similar events.
Loving Kindness Meditation Night
19 February 2025
The idea for this special evening came from a desire to bring some warmth, good will, well being and peace into ourselves and into the world.
We gathered in person at a cosy book cafe in Kessel-Lo (Belgium) and connected with compassion.





The event was offered in partnership with Enas from Blended Minds book cafe. Thanks to Enas and to all those who joined us. You can read more about the collaboration here.

Move Your Lymph workshop

This workshop was for those feeling tired or facing health challenges. The idea? Give participants and their lymphatic system some attention and care.
Through guided teachings we practiced gentle practical exercises that people could later try at home – all to help stimulate the lymphatic system.
The sessions were offered in partnership with Studio Zuid. Thank you to Elisabeth, Pascale, Karen Vanmeiren (who co-facilitated the May 2025 session) and Lieve (volunteer support for October 2024 session).
With enough interest, we hope to offer more sessions in the future.

Day of Nourishment: One-day mindfulness retreats

These one-day retreats have been a blend of mindfulness, yoga, mindful eating and a little bit of peace and calm. Themes included: “Beginning Anew”, “Taking Care” and “Relax and Rejuvenate” and were offered in partnership with Brussels Mindfulness (in-person, in Brussels).
8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) courses

This well-known and respected Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course offers a full in-depth exploration of oneself and reflections on how each of us relate to stress.
Previous course sessions were offered together with Brussels Mindfulness.

The evenings were a mix of teaching, practising and sharing, just like in an actual course, and were offered for free in partnership with Brussels Mindfulness.
Self-care and stress reduction program

This 4-part series was offered in partnership with Studio Zuid in-person in Leuven and was designed to help participants reconnect, respond to stress and live life more fully.
The sessions included guided teaching and meditations with practical tips and tools.
Healing The Museum
13 May 2023






This beginner’s meditation workshop, using the interplay of nature and art, took place at the S.M.A.K. museum in Ghent, Belgium as part of Grace Ndiritu’s exhibition ‘Healing The Museum’. Offered in partnership with S.M.A.K. and Brussels Mindfulness.
I delivered this session in ‘The Temple’, a place Grace designed to showcase S.M.A.K.’s collection in a critical way, and to be a spiritual space for encounter, transition and healing.
