Join me for guided teachings with gentle practical exercises to help stimulate the lymphatic system.

Our lymphatic system is an important part of our body and helps protect us from disease and infection. Body movement and exercise can help lymph fluid move through our various systems and deep breathing can also help fluids circulate.
