What they say
“It was with great enthusiasm that our institution, VIB KU Leuven Center for Cancer Biology, welcomed the expertise of Lorinda Brinton, who conducted a series of sessions that garnered overwhelmingly positive responses.
The participants’ feedback was not only excellent but also accompanied by a strong desire for additional workshops featuring Lorinda’s guidance. The sessions, which included yoga, healthy eating, and meditation, not only met but surpassed our anticipated outcomes.
Lorinda’s professionalism and warmth significantly contributed to the success of these events, leaving a lasting impression on all attendees.
We express our sincere gratitude for her contributions and endorse her sessions without reservation, confident in the positive impact they will continue to have on participants’ well-being.”– Lab of Molecular Biology of Leukemia, Center for Cancer Biology, VIB

How can mindfulness help an organisation?
Mindfulness helps us physically, emotionally, mentally and within our roles in the larger community.
Four areas of impact that connect mindfulness with the workplace and business*:
- Financial impact (operations, numbers – for example reduction in sick days)
- Human impact (wellbeing, stress, happiness of staff)
- Mental capital impact (cognitive agility, creativity, inspiration)
- Social impact (relationships, collaboration, connectivity, responsibility)
