There are moments in time when something within us or around us shifts and transforms and dramatically alters the balance of our lives, whether emotional, physical, mental or spiritual – sometimes resulting in us never being the same as we were before.
Welcome to my world!

My story
My interest in wellness and well-being began more than 20 years ago, with a deep pull and curiosity toward self-awareness and ongoing self-development.
Living and “being” in a thoughtful way with respect to nature and our beautiful planet is also something very important to me. I’ve studied various traditions that include a deep respect for our energetic connection and responsibility to all that we are and of that which surrounds us.
I am greatly influenced by the teachings of former Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh and in 2018 found myself at the summer retreat for 1 week (as a participant) at the wonderful Plum Village, one of his beautiful monastic communities. I highly recommend it if you have the chance to go!

I am a certified mindfulness teacher in the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) technique (August 2022, Brussels Mindfulness), am trained to deliver the Finding Peace in a Frantic World program (June 2023, Brussels Mindfulness) and also participated in the 2-day Mindfulness Frame by Frame program with Professor Emeritus Mark Williams for mindfulness trainers (June 2022, KU Leuven).

I also love doing yoga and so completed my training to be a certified yoga teacher. I keep an active membership as a RYT® 200 (Registered Yoga Teacher) with the internationally recognized Yoga Alliance.
I am trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa (200-hour training and certification, 2017, Brussels Yoga Loft) and Kids Yoga (training and certification, 2018, Kidding Around Yoga, Brussels Yoga Loft).
I frequently attend trainings for mindfulness, meditation and yoga, among other practices, finding that they deepen my own experience. And when able, I’ve been lucky enough to immerse myself in well-being retreats as part of my personal commitment towards a life based on intention.
My 100+ hours of mindful movement, yoga, meditation and mindful eating sessions that have been delivered to colleagues and community members (both group and private) have been well-attended with positive feedback. I’ve also offered sessions and guidance on mindful walking and connecting with nature and all of the abundance around us.
I have enjoyed this journey immensely!
I have been and continue to be inspired by others and believe there is a lot to be gained from shared experience. This is my motivation for doing what I do and for trying to live in a balanced, connected and mindful way.
I wish the same for you and those I meet along the way!
What People Say
It was very helpful. In the morning I was feeling a bit anxious/desperate and I tried to keep the relaxing mood for the rest of the afternoon and it worked. : )
